We had ReNu remodeled our very old, small, ugly kitchen and everything went smoothly from begin to end. First of all, my husband and I just bought our first home about 2 years ago, so this was a huge project and we had no idea what we were doing or how to even get started. Rick came to look at the kitchen. He was forward, he gave us the good, the bad and ugly about renovating the kitchen. His honesty and forthcoming was what my husband was immediately drawn to. That was important because I was sick and I like everyone, but my husband is very particular about people and if he didn't like Rick, the price and everything else would not have mattered. The timing for getting the project started was perfect. The kids were on a 3 week Spring vacation so I went out of town with the kids. John, who did the work was incredibly easy to communicate with. Any questions or concerns that I had, John and Erica were available and had answers and addressed whatever concern/s. They kept us in the loop about everything. Like I mentioned before, this was so new to us and we are not creative people, but, they helped us along the way to where the kitchen is absolutely beautiful but we chose all the colors and styles (I know haha). Yep, I'm not sure how that happened, but my kitchen is perfect. We had to wait a few extra days for a cabinet that needed to be reordered because my husband wanted a very nice top of the line Refrigerator that was a little bigger than was expected, so they had get us a smaller cabinet to fit the space. Totally worth it!! I still cannot believe how smoothly our experience went with ReNu, after hearing so many horror stories about kitchen remodeling. I love our brand new, bright, clean, gorgeous kitchen! Thank you so much, ReNu!!

From beginning to end, our kitchen remodel by Renu was a great experience. The salesperson Gerret was courteous and gave us all the information we were looking for in a timely manner. Their bid was in-line with other vendors and with our budget expectations. When the project started, the Renu staff was on-schedule, kept the house clean and their work was first rate. The job included new countertops, cabinet refacing, drywall, new lighting installation, tile work and plumbing. Our contact with the company, Erica, was also amazing. She answered phone calls and returned information to us in a very timely manner, and was cooperative and friendly. The job completed right on time in just under 2 weeks, and we are THRILLED with the way our kitchen looks. I would highly recommend Renu to anyone looking to do a kitchen remodel!
