As of this morning the project is not completely finished but what he has done so far is remarkable! He has transformed a 1960’s kitchen into a beautiful, modem looking kitchen. Not only is [Kevin’s] work professionally executed but his workmanship in preparation of all materials and surfaces was also excellent. It was obvious that some of the wall tiles that needed to be removed from the kitchen gave him a great deal of difficulty but he never lost his ‘cool’. His determination to finish the job on time so as not to delay the schedule of future customers required that he work beyond normal business hours which he did without complaint.
My profession is to teach leadership and customer service skills to the automotive industry. When I personally experience an individual that exemplifies customer service, especially without on-site supervision, I feel it is only fair to recognize that individual to his employer.
